Delete your Madhyam360 account

1. Delete from inside the app

• Open Madhyam360 and sign in.
• Go to Settings (tap your initials at the top right, then Settings).
• Under Account, tap Delete account.
• Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete my account.
• Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on that device.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app, or cannot sign in, you can ask us to delete the account for you.

• Email support@madhyam360.com with the subject line "Delete my account", or send us the same request through our contact page.
• Write from the mobile number or the email address registered on the account. If we cannot verify the request from the message itself, we will send a one-time code to the registered mobile number and ask you to confirm it.
• We complete verified deletion requests within 7 days and confirm by email or SMS when it is done.

3. What is deleted

• Your profile, name, phone number, email, city and role.
• Your business card, including its photos.
• Every listing, project and unit you own, and their photos, videos and 3D walkthroughs.
• Your customers, their requirements, notes and activity history.
• Your chats, groups and broadcasts, your saved properties and your device tokens.
• Your PIN and biometric login settings on the server.

4. What we keep, and for how long

• Payment and invoice records: kept for the period Indian tax law requires, without your profile attached.
• Safety reports you filed or that were filed about your account: kept for 12 months after they are closed, without your profile attached.
• Backups: removed within 35 days of deletion.
• Messages you sent in a group or broadcast remain visible to the other members, shown as from a deleted account.

5. Timeline

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email or contact-page requests are completed within 7 days of verification. Backup copies are gone within 35 days. Deletion cannot be undone; to use Madhyam360 again you would create a new account.
