Community rules
Last updated: 12 September 2026 · Engineered by GenX Digital Solutions
Madhyam360 is a working network of brokers, builders and buyers. These rules keep it useful and safe. By using chat, groups, broadcasts or listings you agree to them, alongside our Terms & Conditions.
1. Be who you say you are
Use your real name and role. Do not pose as another broker, builder, buyer or company, and do not list a property you have no right to market.
2. List honestly
Prices, sizes, locations, approvals and photos must be true for the property shown. Sold or withdrawn listings must be updated promptly.
3. No spam
Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, repeated broadcasts to people who have not asked for them, or promotional content unrelated to real estate.
4. No harassment or abuse
Threats, insults, sexual content, hate speech and repeated unwanted contact are not allowed anywhere on Madhyam360, including in voice notes and shared media.
5. No scams
Do not ask for advance payments, tokens or deposits through chat, share fake documents, or redirect people to payment links that are not part of a genuine transaction.
6. Respect privacy
Do not share other people's phone numbers, documents, photos or addresses without their permission. Customer details you store are yours to protect.
7. What happens when rules are broken
Every report is read by a person within 48 hours. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend and delete accounts, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. To report something, long-press a message or use Report on a chat, listing or person in the app, or write to support@madhyam360.com.
