RERA shown with evidence
A RERA number is shown as given. It is marked verified only after a real check of the evidence, never as an automatic badge, and never made up.
Verified, pending, unverified
Trust is shown for each fact, not as one fake tick mark. What isn't confirmed is honestly labelled as pending or unverified, not hidden.
Facts, never invented
The network's assistant answers only from real data and shows its source. Answers it isn't sure about are flagged, and it never makes up a price.
Nothing shown until it's real
Empty is honest. Where the network has no data yet, you see a clear blank message, never fake listings or made-up counts.
